Director of Behavioral Health Services

Are you a Social Worker? Licensed Clinical Psychologist? Want to lead a team of clinical counselors?

At Christ Community Health, we believe everyone should have access to healthcare services and have made it our mission for almost 15 years to “proclaim Jesus Christ as Lord and to demonstrate his love by providing affordable, quality, primary healthcare” to communities throughout the CSRA. Since being established in 2007, we have grown rapidly across three sites to expand our services, including oral health, women’s health, behavioral health, and care management services.

The Behavioral Health Services Director (BHSD) supervises and serves the team of Behavioral Health Specialists who support the clinical care teams and their patients to improve their overall health. By using the Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) model, the Director collaborates with primary health care providers and integrates best practices related to behavioral interventions and strategies. In addition, the Director also provides direct patient care.
