There are many emotional intelligence and personality tools for those in the helping professions today. Maybe you have considered using some of these assessments but are confused or overwhelmed by all the options available. This session explores best practices for integrating EQ, CliftonStrengths, Enneagram, and more into your practice. Gain confidence in determining which one/s will benefit your clients and how to help them apply the new insights into their personal and/or professional lives.
Learning Objectives
Participants will:
• Discuss several of the Emotional Intelligence assessments available and the factors to consider when choosing one for clients or group in today’s virtual world
• Apply a deeper understanding of how to use CliftonStrengths to enhance a client’s growth and success within sessions with a licensed mental health professional
• Compare and contrast the benefits and limitations of four personality assessments to be used in licensed mental health practices, including the Enneagram
