Summary
In a post-pandemic world full of change, stress, and adversity, we need healthy ways to strengthen our spiritual cores and social connections. We need an opportunity to realign and learn how to cultivate God’s best for our lives by increasing psychological and physical immune systems as we adapt to grow back better. This session incorporates principles from Biblical Christian Formation, Christian Positive Psychology, the Science of Well-being, Integrative Mental Health, and Lifestyle Medicine. These strategies will give you a clear map to guide you and your clients as life coaches, counselors, healthcare workers, or retreat leaders.

Learning Objectives
Participants will:
• Assess for concerns and risk factors for languishing in uncertain and challenging times
• Outline how hardship can foster growth, promoting whole person spiritual formation, prevention, and recovery to live fully alive
• Formulate treatment plans on how to realign to cultivate God’s design for our shalom (wholeness and well-being), patterns of fostering good character formation and relationships, and adapting to grow back better in all areas of life
• Describe biblical and scientific research-based lifestyle rhythms, develop healthy and holy habits that foster character maturity, and maintain growth and resilience during coaching
