Description

Our natural instinct is to avoid pain at all costs. After all, we’re not masochists! But avoiding the pain of significant loss often leads to greater suffering compounded by confusion, discouragement, and resentment. In spite of every urge to deny the impact of loss, we have to move into our sorrow so we can move through it.

This practical Christian grief workbook offers compassionate guidance for navigating grief and loss with wisdom, patience, and strength. Drawing from decades of helping people grieve productively, Kevin Ellers becomes a trusted partner in the journey, encouraging readers to face their losses with courage, take meaningful steps toward healing, and eventually ask, “What now?” instead of “Why?”

Grounded in Kevin’s personal experience and the stories of countless people who have walked through the dark corridors of heartache, this workbook provides hope for life after loss. By working through the grieving process rather than avoiding it, readers can emerge wiser, stronger, and more compassionate than they ever imagined.
