Therapist Wanted – Full-Time Position

Our growing mental health practice is seeking an experienced, licensed therapist to join our team. In this full-time role, you will provide high-quality individual and group therapy services to a diverse clientele.

Qualifications:
– Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or psychology

Licensed as a therapist in the state
3+ years of experience providing psychotherapy
– Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities – Commitment to continuing education and professional development

Responsibilities:
– Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
– Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions

Maintain detailed clinical documentation and records – Collaborate with other mental health professionals as needed
– Participate in staff meetings and clinical supervision
