WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Honey Lake Clinic, you’ll play a central role in the healing journey of our patients—bringing clinical expertise, spiritual compassion, and collaborative leadership to the table. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapeutic support to adults seeking hope and restoration. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to a deeply Christ-centered model of care that integrates spiritual, psychological, and medical insight.
In this role, you will:
- Provide compassionate, Christ-centered psychiatric care to adult patients
- Work under the supervision of a board-certified Psychiatrist, contributing to multidisciplinary care coordination and clinical decision-making.
- Collaborate with therapists, nurses, wellness team, and spiritual staff to create holistic treatment plans
- Conduct psychiatric assessments and guide the medication process throughout treatment
- Offer insight and leadership during weekly clinical meetings and case reviews
- Support patients through detox, crisis stabilization, and ongoing therapeutic engagement
- Contribute to a safe, structured, and spiritually enriching healing environment
- Integrate therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, EFT, and others
- Engage with patients in ways that affirm their value, dignity, and spiritual growth
ROLE DETAILS
- Pay: $/150,000-$180,000+ (commensurate with experience and credentials) plus bonus potential
- Schedule: Primarily weekday schedule, option for 10-hour shifts for four-day work week, with limited after-hours coverage rotation
- Location: Greenville, FL (~40–50 minutes from Tallahassee, FL or Valdosta, GA)

QUALIFICATIONS
- PMHNP or higher nursing degree
- Active Florida ARNP license in good standing
- Current DEA license (buprenorphine waiver preferred or willing to obtain)
- Board certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic, medication management, and therapeutic skills
- Familiarity with EMR systems and clinical documentation standards
- Christian belief system with the ability to integrate faith into patient care
- Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
- Background check and drug screening per state regulations
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, electronic medical records)
