FAQs

How long does a consultation take?

It depends on the case, question, or issue. Most consults will take between 30 minutes to 1 hour long. If it is deemed that there is more to discuss, our consultant will talk with you about that at the end of the allotted time.

If you have asked us to review paperwork, documentation, or procedures, this will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and a contract will be issued for the time we believe it will take. If more aspects of the practice are added on that was not discussed prior to the contract being signed, the consultant will discuss options.

What types of cases do you consult on?

We are prepared to discuss many different types of cases with varying diagnoses. We are also prepared to help you with most ethical questions or procedures. If we believe that your case or question is outside of our scope, we will refer you to another expert we believe would better assist you.  If it is determined that you have more of a legal question, we will do our best to connect you with a lawyer that we believe can answer it.

If you have asked us to review paperwork, documentation, or procedures, this will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and a contract will be issued for the time we believe it will take. If more aspects of the practice are added on that was not discussed prior to the contract being signed, the consultant will discuss options.

Is the initial consultation really free?

Yes! You get a free 15-minute consult so we can better understand your question to use our time more wisely during the paid consultation time. In this session, we will be asking multiple questions about the case or issue.

Do I get to choose my expert?

After the free initial consult, it will be assessed and determined which expert is best to answer your specific question. You can request an expert, but this does not grantee their involvement.

What is our privacy policy?

Your privacy and the privacy of your clients and clinics/ministries are of upmost important to us. Consultation calls are had through a HIPPA compliant calling system. Documentation is kept in a HIPPA compliant data base and can be retrieved for the clinician/coach/ministry at anytime.
