     Abstract 

    Just like physical health, brain and mental health are a specific set of daily practices that keep a client’s brain healthy and functioning at its optimum capacity. In this webinar neuroscientist and psychiatrist Daniel Amen, MD will give you the current research on brain health and mental disorders, and how different daily habits are inhibiting your client’s growth. Dr. Amen will also outline the 10 daily practices that can enhance a client’s brain functioning and how to incorporate these practices into your mental health practice. Using the mnemonic BRIGHT MINDS, Dr. Amen will show you how to help your client’s brain to develop elite mental fitness to stay on top of their mental health, relationships, and work.

    2. Outline 10 common habits that enhance your client’s brain functioning and help them with their mental health, relationships, and work
    3. Describe the BRIGHT MINDS mnemonic that mental health professionals can use to teach their clients about brain health
