If you hold a master's level or higher mental health license issued by your state board in counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, social work, psychiatry, or psychiatric nursing, you meet the EMDRIA licensure requirement.

Before your registration is finalized, you will need to provide the following to the training coordinator:

• A current graduate transcript confirming enrollment and completed coursework.
• Documentation of your practicum or internship placement.
• A letter from your supervising clinician on their letterhead that includes their license type, license number, and confirmation that you are under their supervision.

You do not need to submit these documents through this form. The training coordinator will contact you with instructions after you apply.
