Many people repeatedly get stuck in cycles of dieting and losing control of their eating.
Problems with restricting leading to bingeing and then mad cycles of obsession with trying to
reign in appetite to achieve the perfect body will be discussed. This presentation will provide
information on the latest science regarding the addictiveness of food, psychological factors
involved in loss of control, and helping people create sustainable lifestyle transformations in
