Drawing from Biblical Christian Formation, Christian Positive Psychology Coaching, and
Integrative Mental Health, we will explore proven lifestyle practices and habits for growth and
well-being as a whole person that can be applied in counseling, life coaching, intensives or
retreats. Learn how to promote well-being in all primary life systems to mature in relationship
with God, yourself, and others as essential antidotes to many of life?۪s challenges, such as
stagnation, languishing, stress, disconnection, and discouragement.

Learning Objectives
Participants will:
- Discover God’s design and patterns for shalom (wholeness, well-being, and transformation) in all areas of life: body, mind, spirit, emotions, and relationships
- Learn the importance of healing lifestyle rhythms and healthy habits of the mind for breakthrough by increasing positive spiritual emotions and emotional intelligence that are healing and contagious and decrease depression, negative thinking, and ill-health
- Explore the body/brain/mind connection and stress resilience skills for difficult times
