Description

There is no excuse for abuse! However, statistics speak for themselves: One in three women in
the U.S. and worldwide experiences physical violence by an intimate partner during her lifetime
and domestic violence is the leading cause of injury to women???more than car accidents,
muggings, and rapes combined. People ask legitimate questions: Why does he do it? Why does
she put up with it? Why doesn?۪t the abused leave? What do victims who love God and love the
Bible do with, ???Wives submit to your husbands?۝ (Ephesians 5:22)? Should they submit to their
abusive husbands? What is right in God?۪s sight? In this workshop, you will learn different
strategies to stop abuse. And you will also hear how to understand the abuse cycle, how to
break the pattern of control, and how to set boundaries to be set free.
