Many people struggle with food and weight issues every day and find themselves in endless battles, leaving them feeling hopeless and defeated. This workshop will help participants gain an understanding of the various underlying challenges needing to be addressed for people to find true freedom. Topics, such as brain wiring, hormones, emotions, and lifestyle and spiritual issues, will be explored in relation to food and body image challenges. Tried and true solutions will be offered that will help provide a road map to real freedom from this battle.
• Identify physical, emotional, and spiritual issues involved in compulsive overeating and binge eating disorders
• Utilize proven strategies for helping clients overcome destructive overeating patterns and move on to a more fulfilling life within the licensed mental health professional’s and psychologist’s sessions
• Apply ways to help inspire and motivate people to make changes in their relationships with food and their bodies
