Summary
Many people get stuck in cycles of dieting and losing control of their eating repeatedly. Problems with restricting leading to bingeing and then mad cycles of obsession with trying to reign in appetite to achieve the perfect body will be discussed. This presentation will provide information on the latest science regarding the addictiveness of food, psychological factors involved in the loss of control, and helping people create sustainable lifestyle transformations in their relationships with food and their bodies.

• Describe several physical, emotional, and spiritual factors involved in diet fails
• Identify strategies for developing a lifestyle transformation that will enable sustainability with food and weight goals
