Summary
Relationship ministry is the greatest need of churches in the 21st century and the most relevant outreach to communities. Based on national research, the breakdown of marriage and family continues to be the primary driver of the decline of religious affiliation and attendance. Yet, the vast majority of churches across America lack substantive marriage or newlywed ministries, with 93% having no ministries for adult singles. Learn: 1) the three major aspects of relationship health, 2) how to multiply relationship health, especially to marriages and families, 3) how to conduct a total churchwide relationship series, and 4) how to create relationship health outreaches to communities that lower divorce rates and increase church growth.

Learning Objectives
Participants will:
• Evaluate original/additional national research on church relationship ministries and outreaches and explain how the breakdown of marriages has been a driver of the decline of church affiliation and attendance
• Outline the three major aspects of relational health
• Describe a churchwide relationship series that engages all ages in relationship growth and provides a plan for using relationship ministry as an outreach to the community and serves as a major source of church growth
