Preparing well, managing one’s energy, and following through are skills for athletes and every individual who wants to maximize their effectiveness and truly become BUILT DIFFERENT. In this presentation, you will learn to get dialed in through the power of motivational, relational, and expertise psychology by becoming fully present, focused, bringing your best to the table, and open to the leading of the Holy Spirit. The workshop’s emphasis is to help mental health providers and others teach their clients to do the same.
