Position Overview: Bilingual Mental Health Counselor wanted within the Unaccompanied Immigrant Minor Program located on Youth For Tomorrow’s campus in Bristow, Virginia. In our UIM program, we serve males and females ages 10 to 17 years old under the custody of the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR). Candidates must have graduated from an accredited college or university, and must possess a Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling. Must be licensed or license-eligible in the state of Virginia. Hours vary, but must be willing to work some weekends and evenings. Must be bi-lingual, English Spanish.

Qualifications Overview:

Master’s Degree to provide counseling services.
Licensed or License-eligible in the state of Virginia.
Demonstrated ability to work with adolescents and families in a counseling setting and function within an evaluation team format.
Ability to assess treatment needs and deliver appropriate interventions.
Ability to maintain all required documentation.
Bi-lingual speaking skills (Spanish and English)
