Are you interested in the integration of Christian faith and psychology? We are a non-profit, ecumenical counseling center dedicated to serving varied populations, including those who cannot afford counseling. We also provide assessment and educational services to the community and serve as a training site for master and doctoral psychology students. We are located 30 miles west of Chicago in a lovely, gracious setting that welcomes all with hospitality.

In addition to the competitive pay we offer, you will have an opportunity to earn a higher percentage of the session fee as your caseload increases. We provide liability insurance, weekly group supervision and consultation, individual supervision for licensing if needed, and opportunities for leadership roles. Our staff is warm and collegial and truly is the best part of who we are.

As a full-time staff therapist, you will provide individual therapy for clients presenting with a variety of diagnostic concerns. Optional opportunities include working with couples and/or families, participating in groups, workshops, and presentations within the community and assessment work.

The ideal candidate:

1. Is a practicing Christian with training in pastoral studies, spirituality or theology (or interested in getting such training over time) for purposes of client-led integrated care.

2. Has a willingness to be an independent contractor.
3. Has an interest in doing assessments as well as therapy (clinical psychologists). Benefits:
