JOB TITLE: Dean, Townsend Institute

Concordia University Irvine seeks a Dean to lead the Townsend Institute. The Townsend Institute (TI) provides counselors, executive coaches, and organizational leaders with world-class, life-changing educational experiences that are biblically-informed, research-supported, and rooted in the Townsend growth model. The Dean of TI represents the school within the University, the community, and external partnerships. The Dean of the TI is responsible for leading the academic programs, managing fiscal resources, and recruiting, developing, and retaining faculty and staff who support and advance the school’s mission and the University’s strategic plan and mission.
