TERMS AND CONDITIONS
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
*This only applies if you are purchasing a membership.
By opting in for automatic renewal, you hereby authorize AACC on an automatic basis annually to:
- Renew your AACC or related membership and the member subscriptions that you have selected.
- Charge the applicable membership and subscription fees to the credit card that you place on file.
Automatic renewals will be processed on the deadline date of each year and will be charged the standard price of the membership. If you do not wish to proceed with automatic renewal for an upcoming membership year, you must opt out before the membership expires by logging into your account online and opting out of auto renewal or you may contact AACC by phone at 800.526.8673 or email at membercare@aacc.net .
REFUND POLICY
There will be a 30 day refund policy on all AACC Memberships when you join for the first time and/or you join after not being a member for more than 365 days/1 year. There are no refunds on auto-renewals. This will include automated renewals and renewals taken manually over the phone or at a live event hosted by AACC. Contact us at membercare@aacc.net for refund requests.
Free Trial Policy: Free Trial AACC Memberships are included in the 30 day refund policy as long as you have not had an AACC membership in the last 365 days/1 year. The refund period will start from the date of your initial payment.

PROMOTIONAL PRICING: Promotions are not applicable to previously purchased Memberships.
Some purchases from AACC may be eligible for a refund. Please read our refund policy
carefully.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS(Books/CD’s)
For physical products such as books and CD’s, we offer a 30-day refund policy. To be
eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging and in unused
condition within 30 days of the purchase date. There will be a $5 restocking fee on all
books and a 3% restocking fee on all CD’s.
CONFERENCE SESSIONS
Refunds will not be offered on any form of Conference Sessions purchased after the Event.
This will include Live Streaming, USB, or CD.
AACC WEBINARS
Refunds will not be offered on AACC webinars. If you would like to transfer to a different
AACC webinar of the same value, requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the
event by emailing Membercare@aacc.net.
PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
Professional Trainings will be refunded 30 days prior to the scheduled event. To request a
refund, please submit your request to Membercare@aacc.net.
PROMOTIONS
Promotions are not applicable to previously purchased merchandise.
EXCEPTIONS
If a physical product is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately upon
receipt. We will assess the damage and provide a replacement or refund accordingly. All
damaged products must be shipped back to Light University within 30 days of receiving the
product.
HOW TO INITIATE A REFUND TRANSFER
To request a refund for eligible physical products, please contact our customer support
team at Membercare@aacc.net. or 1-800-526-8673 during regular business hours
(Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 6:30 pm ET). Provide your order details and reason for the
refund request.
REFUND PROCESS
Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund (minus any
associated shipping costs and fees) to the original payment method within 5-7 business
days (excluding weekends and holidays).

This Online Privacy Statement reflects the American Association of Christian Counselors policies covering personal information collected at this website on or after the effective date shown above.
We believe that information used responsibly benefits consumers and the economy, whether it is information we house on behalf of consumers conducting transactions or information we collect on behalf of our business clients. These policies guide us in the collection and use of information as well as employee responsibilities in protecting your privacy. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
American Association of Christian Counselors collects personal information in order to offer or provide goods and services to consumers and our customers. We may obtain this information from a variety of sources:
· Directly from customer applications, questionnaires and other materials submitted to us by customers;
· From transactions in which American Association of Christian Counselors and consumers are involved;
· From clickthru activity on our web sites; and
· From a variety of third-party sources, such as our business customers, government repositories, consumer reporting agencies and other financial institutions.
DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
American Association of Christian Counselors does not disclose customer information to third parties without first giving customers an opportunity to opt-out of certain kinds of disclosures. There are some disclosures to third parties that are not subject to the opt-out, such as disclosures necessary to effect, administer or enforce a transaction requested by you, to companies that perform services for us or to prevent fraud.
Finally, American Association of Christian Counselors may disclose information about former customers to third parties and companies with which American Association of Christian Counselors is affiliated, as well as unaffiliated third parties. Those disclosures may consist of the following:
· Financial background information describing a customer’s financial status;
· Identification information, such as name and address data;
· Transaction information, such as account activity, debit activity or credit activity; and
· Other information relating to financial matters.
RECIPIENTS OF INFORMATION
American Association of Christian Counselors may disclose consumer information to companies affiliated with American Association of Christian Counselors and to companies or other parties not affiliated with American Association of Christian Counselors
(subject to consumers’ opt-out rights)
These recipients include:
· Financial institutions, such as banks, credit card companies and brokerage houses;
· Companies that process transactions or provide other services for us;
· Government agencies; and
· In addition, under United States law American Association of Christian Counselors is permitted to disclose customer information to certain recipients, like credit reporting.
WE ARE COMMITTED TO PROTECTING THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF PERSONAL CONSUMER INFORMATION.
American Association of Christian Counselors limits access to personal information to those employees of American Association of Christian Counselors and its affiliates who need it to fulfill their business responsibilities.
Employees must adhere to American Association of Christian Counselors privacy policies. Employees violating these policies may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal.
Vendors and other outside contractors we engage are subject to our contractual requirements to ensure that sensitive personal information is safeguarded.
WE USE APPROPRIATE SECURITY SAFEGUARDS.
At American Association of Christian Counselors, security is a priority. We employ appropriate measures to protect consumer information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. These may include, among others, encryption, physical access security and other appropriate technologies. American Association of Christian Counselors continually reviews and enhances its security systems, as necessary.
WE MAINTAIN PROCEDURES TO ASSURE THE QUALITY OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND WHERE APPLICABLE, WE WILL INFORM CONSUMERS ABOUT HOW THEY CAN ACCESS THEIR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND MAKE CORRECTIONS, IF NECESSARY.
American Association of Christian Counselors employs appropriate measures to assure the quality of information we collect directly from consumers. Where American Association of Christian Counselors collects information directly from consumers or sources other than our business customers, we permit them, if possible, to dispute or correct any erroneous or out-of-date personally identifiable information. Of course, this correction would not be possible if the information is proprietary to one of our business customers, reflects historical transaction information or if correction would violate the privacy or legal rights of a third party. Where applicable, we abide by laws related to such information. You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a written request that credibly shows error. We reserve the right to independently verify claims made. To protect your privacy and security, we also will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before making corrections. We reserve the right to assess a service charge for providing you any information in connection with your request.
THE American Association of Christian Counselors WEBSITE IS NOT DIRECTED AT CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13.
Our website is not directed at children under the age of 13 and American Association of Christian Counselors does not collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under the age of 13.

OPT OUT RIGHT
American Association of Christian Counselors may disclose consumer information to third parties as described earlier in this notice.
