The road into the dark abyss of substance use and addiction may have been relatively short, or it may have taken years. As we slid into the darkness, we had a million excuses and rationalizations to keep using . . . but no longer. We’ve lived with the shame, fear, confusion, lies, worry, and strained relationships long enough. It’s time for change.

Description

In this workbook, Dr. Brian Kelley and Dr. David Jenkins offer real hope for lasting change. They understand the helplessness and hopelessness that come from being in the grips of substances, but they’ve seen dramatic transformations in the lives of men and women who have found the courage to take one step forward and then another. Being clean and sober is just the start. People who stay on this journey experience more joy, peace, friendships, forgiveness, and purpose than they ever imagined.
