Healing the Father Wound
Many women and girls carry a deep, father-shaped void that only God can truly heal and fill. Dr. Tim Clinton sits down with pediatrician and parenting expert Dr. Meg Meeker to discuss how that void shapes identity and how healthy affirmation from a father can make all the difference, especially in the teen years. It’s a compelling challenge for dads to intentionally connect with their daughters every day for 30 days and see how it transforms the relationship.
The Freedom and Healing Found in Letting Go
Growing up in the church can sometimes lead us to believe our identity is tied to what we do for God, but what He truly desires is our surrender. In this conversation with Drs. Tim and Zach Clinton, Christian singer-songwriter Christine D’Clario shares how God met her in a dark and difficult season of infertility and gently led her to lay down even her deepest desires. She reminds us that desert seasons have purpose, not only to draw us closer to Jesus but also to prepare us to walk with others toward healing. And when we begin to speak openly about our pain, we give others the courage to do the same.

Grace for the Children: Finding Hope in the Midst of Child and Adolescent Mental Illness, Pt. 1

They shine a light on the challenges these families face and call the body of Christ to step up with compassion and inclusion.

Adam Davis, a former full-time law enforcement officer who now ministers to others through his books and speaking engagements, joins Dr. Zach Clinton to shed light on common mental health struggles many first responders face. Through his testimony of deep childhood wounds that led to a distorted identity, damaged relationships, and hopelessness, Adam shares how Jesus met him in the middle of his trauma with grace and healing. You’ll be encouraged that you are never too far from the peace and restoration that can only come from our Heavenly Father.
Hope and Healing for Anxiety
What if you could understand your anxiety and take control of it for good? In this encouraging conversation, Dr. Tim Clinton sits down with Dr. Linda Mintle to discuss her new project, Hope and Healing for Anxiety, the latest addition to the AACC Hope and Healing workbook series. Drawing from decades of personal and clinical experience, Dr. Mintle explains what’s happening in your brain and body when anxiety strikes, and how the body can remember trauma, even when you can’t pinpoint where the fear is coming from. She shows how understanding your anxiety can help you quiet your mind, break free from worry, and find peace by trusting God’s presence.
Caring for the Church’s Mental and Emotional Health
Dr. Zach Clinton sits down with Dr. Mark Mayfield to talk about his new book, The Mental Health Handbook for Ministry , and how science and Scripture work together to help people heal.
