Mark Crear, Ph.D., is a certified counselor, performance and mental health coach, motivational speaker, author, and diversity and inclusion expert. He has 25 years of experience working in multicultural – diversity and inclusion, performance management, and higher education. Dr. Crear has extensive experience in online education with a focus on course development and academic operations. His skill sets include multicultural competency, diversity and inclusion, racial reconciliation, life, relationship, organizational and performance coaching, strategic planning, project management, and team building. Dr. Crear is the founder of In The Zone Coaching, Counseling, and Consulting Groupthe executive director of the American Association of Christian Counselors’ Multicultural division, and an adjunct professor of psychology at Houston Baptist University. 

Summary

Each year, thousands of people seek help from mental-health professionals and life coaches for their low self-esteem and confidence.
