Description
Based on experience training more than 30,000 peer and professional counselors to serve
thousands of Chinese and their families in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore,
Malaysia, Europe, and North America, this presenter will explore ways to overcome mental
health stigma and share the key elements of a 12-session, skill-based program (which integrates
biblical principles and active ingredients of evidence-based therapy approaches) that enhances
emotional intelligence, affect-regulation, personal growth, and relationship strength. This
