Dr. Johnny Parker is passionate about helping leaders (at any stage) experience the life, leadership, and business they’ve always wanted. Through executive performance coaching, pastoring, formerly teaching as an adjunct professor at John Hopkins University, leadership consulting, and keynote presentations, he has a 30-year track record of serving CEOs, professional athletes, teams, and faith-based organizations.

Individuals and companies have succeeded by applying his Frontstage/Backstage system to develop high-performing leaders, trusting relationships, emotional intelligence, employee engagement, leadership wellness, and a vibrant culture.

Dr. Parker holds an M.A. in Counseling Psychology and a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership. A native New Yorker, he is married to his Jamaican Sensation, Lezlyn. They have three sons, Jordan, Joel, and JP, and a daughter-in-love, Amber
