The road into the dark abyss of substance use and addiction may have been relatively short, or it may have taken years. As we slid into the darkness, we had a million excuses and rationalizations to keep using… but no longer. We’ve lived with the shame, fear, confusion, lies, worry, and strained relationships long enough. It’s time for change.
In this workbook, Dr. Brian Kelley and Dr. David Jenkins offer real hope for lasting change. Being clean and sober is just the start. People who stay on this journey experience more joy, peace, friendships, forgiveness, and purpose than they ever imagined.
