Even after people have survived and grieved the intense emotional pain of loss and unwanted change, they still face the difficult task of rebuilding their lives. They continue to need the support and encouragement of a coach as they answer the questions: I survived, but now what? What could my new life look like? This workshop focuses on the best tools for enabling clients to develop the necessary grit, hope-filled mindsets, and positive emotions needed to step forward into the unknown and rebuild anew.
