The late Dr. Mark Laaser, M.Div., Ph.D., was the co-founder and President of Faithful & True, a Christian counseling center near Minneapolis, Minnesota. He was an internationally known author and speaker who wrote fifteen books on sexual addiction, including Healing the Wounds of Sexual Addiction, The Fight of Your Life (with Dr. Tim Clinton), Taking Every Thought Captive, The 7 Principles of Highly Accountable Men, and The Faithful & True Workbook.

Mark held a Ph.D. in religion and psychology from the University of Iowa and an M.Div. from Princeton Theological Seminary. He was also an adjunct faculty member at Denver Theological Seminary, Fuller Seminary, and the Psychological Studies Institute. He was a prolific speaker, writer, teacher, and counselor, always beginning with his own story of recovery from sexual addiction. With humor and profound, wisdom, he helped thousands of men transform their lives of brokeness and despair. Mark lost his battle with cancer in September 2019.
